Designing posters, best practice guides, research briefs, and other documents for the Institute of Child Nutrition (ICN), formerly known as National Food Service Management Institute (NFSMI), gave me an interesting opportunity to collaborate with research scientist and other school nutrition professionals. My interactions were with individuals at the Applied Research Division (ARD) located at the University of Southern Mississippi. It was rewarding when these professionals came back from state and national conferences telling me how well their presentations were received.
